They are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to join their growing team. This is a newly created role and an opportunity to step into a visible, hands-on position where you'll have real ownership over client onboarding, training, and support. This role will suit someone with some experience in a corporate or professional services environment who is ready to move into a broader, more impactful role within a modern tech-enabled business. Ideally, you will have 1-3 year's experience in a professional setting, tech/SaaS or Legal is a bonus. This is a unique business, a start-up with the backing of a National, well-established law firm. Responsibilities include: Manage client onboarding Deliver user training sessions tailored to different levels of technical capability Act as the main point of contact for client queries and support requests Troubleshoot issues and liaise with internal product and development teams Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation and onboarding materials Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact Contribute to the development of support processes and best practices About You Experience in a client-facing role within a corporate, professional services, or tech environment Background in client services, customer support, customer success, or operations Confident communicator who can explain systems or processes clearly Strong written skills with experience producing structured documentation Comfortable taking ownership Legal or professional services experience is advantageous Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia What's on Offer Opportunity to join a growing legal technology business in a foundational role High visibility and close collaboration with senior stakeholders Structured onboarding with support Opportunity to grow with the role as the business scales
